Are you considering venturing into the robust hospitality industry across the Emirates Countries? At GlobWorks, our core mission is creating the PERFECT MATCH between employers and candidates. Here’s how we navigate the maze of Jobs in Dubai and beyond to make this possible.

Candidates begin by applying online for the vacancies listed on our platform. Our team promptly reviews the received CVs against available vacancies, ensuring alignment with the job requirements and candidate expectations.

If all aligns well during the pre-screening, we share the candidate’s profile with potential employers. If the employer confirms interest, they usually request an online interview, often via ZOOM or the TEAMS app.

As GlobWorks, we host this critical interview stage, facilitating the dialogue between both parties. Depending on the position, there might be an additional interview with the department or HR manager. We take responsibility for keeping both sides informed about the next steps in the hiring process.

If interviews go well, candidates can expect feedback within 3-5 days. A positive outcome leads to the employer sending an offer letter or contract within a week. This offer letter serves as a foundational document, highlighting the hiring package, position details, and provided benefits.

Candidates are required to submit last education certificates and, in some cases, medical reports. All documents are shared with us, and we forward them to the employer. The Visa process takes about 1 week to 10 days post-document submission.

Upon Visa approval, we coordinate with the candidate about their flight details and arrival. Employers usually cover the flight costs and arrange for airport pickup, ensuring a smooth transition to staff accommodation.

Country-Specific Guidelines

The application process remains consistent across the Emirates Countries, with some exceptions for Saudi Arabia, which will be detailed upon initiating the hiring process.
